Do you offer returns?
No, at this time we do not offer returns. However, if you need help setting up your Digital Mission Screen, please check our FAQs and how it works pages.
How many missionaries can I put on the screen?
The Digital Mission Screen is setup for 110 missionaries. (30 in N. America, 20 in Central & S. America, 20 in Europe, 20 in Asia, 10 in Australia and Islands of the Sea, and 10 in Africa.) If you have more missionaries than that, contact me about customizing the project to meet your current and future needs.
Can I Customize the Template?
Yes! Feel free to customize the digital mission screen as you see fit, or contact me about customizing it for you!
How long does it take to set up?
- You should receive your DIY package USB stick in 7-10 Days.
- Custom Setup takes 2 weeks from the time I receive all information.
- Turnkey Package takes 2-3 weeks plus shipping time. Plan around one month from your order date.
- Install Time? If you want me to come install it for you, plan around one month from your order date.
How does the DIY package work?
When you place an order for the DIY template, you will receive a USB thumb-drive in the mail with set-up instructions. This is the cheapest solution, and it is a great option if you have a techy staff member. You will still need to purchase the necessary hardware (TV, Touchscreen Interface, Computer, TV Mount, Cables, etc.) I will include a detailed list for purchase. If you have some techy and handymen in your church, this is a great way to save money!
How does the custom setup work?
If you order the custom setup option, I will reach out to you to get your current missionary information from you, and set everything for you! Once finished, I will mail you a USB thumb-drive with the presentation on it. Included are detailed instructions about how to operate. This price also includes a zoom/facetime consultation, if needed.
You will still need to purchase the necessary hardware (TV, Touchscreen Interface, Computer, TV Mount, Cables, etc.) I will include a detailed list for purchase. If you have some techy and handymen in your church, this is a great way to save money!
How does the turnkey package work?
The turnkey package includes everything from the custom setup package and the hardware necessary to set up the screen.
I will ship everything in a large insured package. It will arrive ready to use. All you have to do is mount the screen - it is as simple as mounting a TV!
Can you come install the package for me?
Yes! Send me a message, and we can work out a time for me to come install the Digital Mission Screen and show you how to operate and update it. Of course, there will be standard travel rates in addition to the turnkey package cost.
